The sooner you seek help, the easier it will be to recover. It can be difficult to make the decision to seek help, but it’s an important step in the recovery process. With the right help and support, it’s possible to get drug and alcohol free and stay that way.
Help from your employer
Confidential external service that provides one to one telephone or online support for individuals affected by drug, alcohol or gambling issues.
Personalised plans are drawn up between a specialist advisor and individuals.

Manager, Supervisor or HR Representative
You can speak to your line manager or HR representative. They can advise on help available from the Company. You may be referred to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing department as required.
Employee Assistance Programme
The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available to all company employees. It provides free, confidential advice on matters relating to drug or alcohol dependency as well as other issues. You don’t have to give your name if you don’t want to.
